From strategy development to implementation

Abigail has been involved in both communication strategy development and programme implementation combining a wide range of disciplines: corporate communication programmes and campaigns, internal communications, corporate identity, change management processes, issue management and communication programmes to support public affairs outreach. 

Practically speaking this means that she has been instrumental in:
- conceiving and implementing International and Pan-European campaigns
- identity changes for institutions and companies;
- developing publications, web based and audiovisual information programmes;
- conducting communication and issue audits (both external and internal, including web analysis, focus group analysis);
- devising and running media relations programmes;
- shaping messages and drafting narratives;
- stakeholder analysis and mapping;
- running media trainings;
- developing team building initiatives; 
- developing measurement and evaluation techniques (KPIs).
